The Farm Is Here

Join us for a free public viewing of the documentary The Farm Is Here at the Garland Theater.

At its heart, this film is about faith, community, and discovering purpose right where God has planted us. What began as a dream of leaving the city for a quieter life turned into a deeper calling—learning to love and serve our neighbors right here in Spokane.

While the story follows urban farming—growing food and raising animals in the city—it’s ultimately about creating spaces where people can gather, belong, and experience true community. We often call the farm the “third thing”—a shared space that invites connection, conversation, discipleship, and care for one another.

Our hope is to bring together neighbors, families, aspiring urban farmers, and community members to celebrate what’s possible when people come together with intention, generosity, and faith.

This event is free and open to the public.
