Presented by Kaiser Permanente and Lutheran Comunity Service NW. 8 Lakes explores the beautiful scenery surrounding Spokane, West Plains, Medical Lake, and Cheney.

Choose between a 30, 45, or 75-mile route. Great food stops along the routes. At the end of the ride, enjoy David's Gourmet Pizza and Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
