Hypertension: Prevention & Management

Post Falls Adventist Church
3297 E Poleline Ave, Post Falls

May 15 at 6:30pm

Hypertension is one of the leading causes of death and disability in our country - leading to heart attacks, strokes, and other complications. Annalee Wilson, a nurse practitioner, will present ways to prevent, manage, and reverse hypertension.

Annalee is passionate about integrating the best medical care along with nutrition and lifestyle changes. Often small changes in lifestyle and nutrition can have big changes on blood pressure. Research studies have found that some foods are very effective at reducing high blood pressure. You will be able to sample some of these foods and take copies of the recipes home.

  • Free childcare is available if you register at least one week before the class.
  • Class Limit: 25
  • Style: Health Class - Presentation
